There is no limit to how many clients an ITN staff can refer. All clients will be assessed for type of care provided following ITN policies and procedures. The referral reward will be paid within fifteen (15) days after the clients 40th hour of receiving services from ITN.
ITN promotes continuous learning among its healthcare staff to help ensure the ability to provide a high quality client care. In-service training sessions are held four times a year and are scheduled every first Friday of February, May, August, and November. Each session is 4 hours long with 4 different topics presented and held at the ITN office. The in-service training program is free to all current ITN staff and will be conducted either by a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
