• Accompaniment to medical appointments and outings

Personal Care Services

Everything in our Companion program, plus skilled hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Bathing, showering, bed baths, and skin care
• Oral care and hair care
• Grooming, dressing, and transfer assistance
• Toileting assistance
• Vital sign measurement — blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature
• Intake and output (I&O) recording
• Range of motion (ROM) exercise assistance
• Medication assistance (pre-poured medications)

Respite Care Services

Short-term relief for family caregivers — whether for a planned vacation, a personal appointment, or an unexpected absence. An ITN care aide steps in so your loved one receives uninterrupted, attentive care.

• Supervision and supportive care during the caregiver's absence
• All companion and personal care services as needed
• Available for planned or emergency coverage

Outing Support Services

A care companion accompanies your loved one on errands, appointments, or community activities — supporting independence and social engagement outside the home.

• Accompaniment to doctor appointments, grocery stores, libraries, and more
• Support for safety and confidence in the community

Healthcare Staff Placement

ITN places credentialed healthcare professionals with clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities throughout Honolulu. We work closely with facility administrators to understand your specific needs — and provide reliable, qualified staff who are ready to contribute from day one.
