Qualifications:
-Must hold current Hawaii RN license
-Must have current CPR
-Must have current TB clearance and immunization records
-Must have at least 2 years hospital, nursing home, or home care experience
Job Description:
-Obtain basic measures including blood pressure, respiration, pulse, height, weight, and intake and output from stable clients
-Provide basic physical care and assistance with activities of daily living
-Assist client in transporting to chair, bed, commode, and/or wheelchair
-Administer medication according to doctor's orders
-Report and document all medication administration and changes
