Certified Nurse Aides:
Qualifications:
-Must have current CPR & First Aid
-Must have TB clearance & immunization records
-Must have Nurse Aide Training Certificate, CNA card, or Nursing School Transcript of Records
-Must have at least 1 year experience
Job Description:
-Obtain basic measures including blood pressure, respiration, pulse, height, weight, and intake and output from stable clients
-Provide basic physical care and assistance with activities of daily living
-Assist client in transporting to chair, bed, commode, and/or wheelchair
-Assist in general household chores
-Provide nutritional support
-Assist in bath, grooming and dental hygiene
-Provide bladder and bowel assistance
-Provide community access assistance
-Assist with pre-poured medication
